GTA 6 PC Release Date Reports Q1 2027 Window

What the GTA 6 PC release date report says

Rockstar may bring Grand Theft Auto VI to PC in Q1 2027, according to a new GamesBeat report. The outlet, reporting on October 13, says it heard this from four anonymous sources familiar with Rockstar’s plans. They reportedly requested anonymity to avoid damaging business relationships. Rockstar did not respond to GamesBeat before publication.

The reported window is not an official release date. Rockstar has not announced a PC version or confirmed when one might arrive.

What’s confirmed about GTA VI so far

Rockstar’s official game page and Take-Two’s pre-order announcement list GTA VI for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a console launch date of November 19, 2026.

If GamesBeat’s report proves accurate, the PC version could follow roughly six weeks to just over four months after the announced console launch, depending on its release date within Q1. For now, though, that timing remains unconfirmed.

For players deciding whether to play on console or wait for PC, the distinction is important: November 19 is the announced console date; Q1 2027 is a report based on anonymous sources. PC players will need to wait for Rockstar to confirm whether a PC version is coming and when.
